These Terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this www.ezyclean.com.sg. By using this Website, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here.

You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions.

Minors or people below 18 years old are not allowed to use this Website.

Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms shall have the following meanings in this agreement:

the Company” means Ezy Clean Pte Ltd.

“the Customer” means the person or company who purchase the Services or Goods.

“the Service” means cleaning service and cleaning personnel Ezy Clean Pte LTd supplies to the Customer under the Contract.

“the Agreement” means the contract for the provision of Service made between the Company and the Customer, including these Conditions.

Ezy Clean is a communications platform/website/app for enabling the connection between individuals seeking to obtain domestic services and/or individuals seeking to provide domestic services. The Company checks the backgrounds of domestic service providers via all resources available to it, to the best of its ability - either directly or via carefully selected and appropriately regulated third party data verification agencies, identity verification checks to verify the information provided to us. This may include cross-referencing the information provided with, by way of example - passport data, credit bureau or other regulatory authorities etc. However, the Company does not guarantee or warrant, and makes no representations regarding, the reliability, quality or suitability of such domestic service providers. When interacting with domestic service providers you should exercise caution and common sense to protect your personal safety and property, just as you would when interacting with other persons whom you don't know. By using the Service, you agree to hold the Company free from the responsibility for any liability or damage that might arise out of the transaction involved.



The customer hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ezy Clean, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, attorneys, independent contractors, providers, subsidiaries, and affiliates from and against any and all claim, loss, expense or demand of liability, including attorneys' fees and costs incurred, in connection with your use or inability to use the Service.

Ezy Clean reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to your indemnification. The customer will not, in any event, settle any claim or matter without the written consent of Ezy Clean.

1. Nothing in this agreement in any way limits or excludes our liability for negligence causing death or personal injury or for fraudulent misrepresentation or for anything which may not legally be excluded or limited.

2. You must give us a reasonable opportunity to remedy any matter for which we are potentially liable before you incur any costs remedying the matter yourself.

3.The Company are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage, including but not limited: to loss of income or revenue; loss of business; loss of profits or contracts; loss of anticipated savings; loss of data; or, waste of management or office time however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.

4. The company will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your Booking and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website/web app.

Confidentiality and Data Processing

The customer acknowledges and agrees that Ezy Clean is entitled to process the Customer’s personal data in accordance with the terms of Ezy Clean’s privacy policy (Refer Here), which is subject to change from time to time, in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (No. 26 of 2012) (“the Act”).

We are committed to protecting the information we receive from you. We follow reasonable technical and management practices to help protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of data stored on our system. While no computer system is completely secure, we believe the measures we have implemented reduce the likelihood of security problems to a level appropriate to the type of data involved. To increase your security, we do not collect or store your credit card information in any form.


1. Customers are obligated to pay for the services of the Service, unless specifically notified otherwise. For all purchases and payments for reimbursement costs, fees or expenses associated with a Service, Ezy Clean will charge your credit card according to the amount agreed upon between you and Ezy Clean for the use of the services of the Service, and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit card for such amounts. Ezy Clean retains the right, in its sole discretion, to place a hold on any payment for a completed Service transaction.

2. No refunds or credits will be provided once the Ezy Clean Customer's credit card has been charged. At Ezy Clean's sole discretion, refunds or credits may be granted in extenuating circumstances, as a result of specific refund guarantee promotions, or to correct any errors made by Ezy Clean.

3. While Ezy Clean will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of all credit cards and all other personal information, we expressly disclaim any liability for any damage that may result should any information be released to any third parties, and you agree to hold Ezy Clean harmless for any damages that may result therefrom. Ezy Clean exclusively uses Stripe to process credit card information. For further information regarding that service, please contact Ezy Clean to request information about Ezy Clean's credit card processing providers.

4. We may at any time change the prices. We will give you notice by email at least one month before any price change takes effect. If you do not accept the new fee, you should cancel this agreement as explained below. Otherwise the Services supplied after the expiry of the one month’s notice will be at the new price.

5. If there is a no-show and you notify us via our Website within 24 hours after the scheduled start time, then we will, at your option use reasonable endeavours to re-arrange the visit. Whether you do or do not wish for the service to be rescheduled, your card will not be charged, only and unless service has been rendered thereafter. We reserve the right not to make a refund or re-arrange a visit if we are not notified within that 24 hour period once your card is charged.

6. If any amount due by you is unpaid, we may:
- charge reasonable additional administration costs; and/or
- charge interest on the amount unpaid at the rate of 2%
​- arrange of the supply of Services to be suspended; and/or o cancel this agreement with or without written notice (including email).


The website/web app may contain profiles, email systems, blogs, message boards, applications, job postings, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities and/or other message or communication facilities that allow customer to communicate with other customer. You may only use such community areas to send and receive messages and material that are relevant and proper to the applicable forum.

Customer are specifically restricted from all of the following:

• publishing any Website/web app material in any other media;

• selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website/webapp material;

• publicly performing and/or showing any Website/webapp material;

• using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website/webapp;

• using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website/webapp;

• using this Website/webapp contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the Website/webapp, or to any person or business entity;

• engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Website/webapp;

• using this Website/webapp to engage in any advertising or marketing.

Certain areas of this Website are restricted from being access by you and Ezy Clean may further restrict access by you to any areas of this Website, at any time, in absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you may have for this Website are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality as well.

No Solicitation

The Service may be used for your personal, non-commercial use only; you may not use the Service in connection with any commercial endeavors whatsoever without the express prior written consent of Ezy Clean. Without limitation, the Service may not be used to solicit for any other business, website or service. You may not solicit, advertise for, or contact in any form Users for employment, contracting, or any other purpose not related to Services facilitated through Ezy Clean without express written permission from Ezy Clean. You may not use the Service to collect usernames and/or email addresses of members by electronic or other means without the express prior written consent of Ezy Clean.

Modifications to the Service

Ezy Clean reserves the right in its sole discretion to review, improve, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any content or information on the Service with or without notice. Ezy Clean will not be liable to any party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service

Cancellation and Changes

The customer must provides a minimum of 24 hours notice to make a cancellation of service as arranged. In the event that less than 24 hours notice is given, the time lost to the Company shall be considered to be one hour per employee involved and the Company reserves the right to invoice the Client accordingly.

Cleaning Issues Resolution

If the customer is not completely satisfied with the services provided, it must inform the Company immediately (and in any event no later than 24 hours after the services were undertaken). Failure to do so will result in the Company having no obligation of rectification or replacement subject always to the damage being attributable to the actions of the Company.
